The reception will be held on Thursday night from 6-9 pm. The meetings will take place all day Friday and Saturday.

Note: In addition to submitting this form, you need to make a hotel reservation or apply for a scholarship.

Conference location: The Hilton Palm Beach Airport, West Palm Beach, FL. The hotel is compliant with ADA - let us/them know if you have special needs. Rooms are available at a conference rate if you ask when making reservations.

Free shuttle from airport and back, and free shuttle to CityPlace (a shopping center).
