The meetings will take place all day Friday and Saturday. Note: In addition to submitting this form, you need to make a hotel reservation or apply for a scholarship. Conference location: The Hilton Palm Beach Airport, West Palm Beach, FL. Hotel is compliant with ADA - let us/them know if you have special needs. Hotel is offering our conference rate for Saturday and Sunday evenings as well. Free shuttle from airport and back, and free shuttle to CityPlace (a shopping center).
