Oakland based Revolution Foods is one of the nation’s premier school lunch producers.  They needed a way to reduce risk from cyber-attacks via email.  They were particularly being targeted by phishing attacks.

We worked with the senior management to review requirements, then did a comprehensive review of available platforms and rated them each in terms of relevant capabilities, ease of implementation, and cost.  We rated Mimecast as the most feature rich specialized mail security service.  Globalize then went on to implement the Mimecast solution.  Importing the users, preparing the mail routing, and configuring all the security rules.  We then managed the platform on an on-going basis, adjusting the policies to meet updated requirements and to accommodate different user workflows.

The result was a great reduction of phishing attacks, reduced risk from malicious attachments due to Mimecast’s advanced attachment handling, and improved worker productivity through lower spam percentages.
